I started a new project a few days ago called NCast (the name may change). It’s an NCurses SHOUTcast.com viewer. It’ll fetch genres and picks from the server and play them with mplayer. It supports plugins (limited), custom colors (ripped from cboard) and has a TODO list. It’s only available in CVS right now, but feel free to hack on it. More info and links from the ncast homepage.
