Added a shell script usbmapper.

Added a shell script usbmapper.sh to the snippets section. This script reads a configuration file which contains a serial number of a USB device and a name of a symbolic link to update in /dev/ which points to the partition of the device which may change after disconnecting and reconnecting the device.
